Hayden Loomis was a pleasure to work with. He communicated very well when something came in that fit our needs and put us in the vehicle that works best for us. The gentleman that did the paperwork to complete the sale came across as if he was talking down to us. That does not match what I think of as good customer service practices.

Pretty straightforward experience. The used vehicle isn't cleaned very well. It looks decent at first glance but it's pretty scummy in a lot of the inconspicuous areas.

After I purchased my vehicle I went to my brother's. He noticed immediately that the engine bay was covered in oil and the hood latch was broken. I took it back the next day. They denied the oil leak saying they would have never inspected it if there was truly an oil leak. They fixed the hood latch. I took it to my mechanic which took 2 weeks to get it and they found the oil leak. I took it back to Ford and was told I had a 50/50 warranty for 30 days. So I had to pay 1/2 the price. I ... If I could give more than a 5 star I would. I had a not so great experience at another ford dealer so my husband encouraged me to drive to Bob Ferrando and see what they had. We ended up working with Hayden Loomis and ended up leasing our Ford Explorer. I could not be happier with the car and with our experience. Hayden explained everything ( since this is our first time leasing) and truly took care of us and we will forever be thankful and also will be telling everyone we know to come here and ask for him.
